Here's the test pressing of the insanely rare Seattle 45 from 1978, with original (barely) printed innersleeve PS. Two of these surfaced in 2002. 200-300 copies of the record were pressed. A-side was comped in the late-1990s on the surely overlooked Killed By Death #999. From the collection of Jason Litchfield.
