Pressing Edition of 650, numbered inside sleeve in red or blue pen, or red or black stamped numbers. Unnumbered copies exist. Also reportedly 25 numbered promos, presumably included in the 650 total.
Cover black ink on white paper, colored paper also exists on extremely low numbered copies (#s 6 and 9 are yellow, #s 13 and 15 are blue, but by #21 they are white), printed on inside, most copies with fold at bottom of artwork but some are folded on top (mostly low numbers only, as #s 9/15/21 are like this, but also #385), no insert

Promo 25 numbered copies. Some pre-release copies (or maybe just a single copy) given out by Craig Regala are not numbered, have a white sleeve with no printing on the inside, and the Two Hour Trip side of the cover has the "Dear Richard" title placed horizontally, instead of diagonally
